After racing those 2009 birds, a few stood out and showed to be special. I then began my quest to forge my own tough as nails family of winning pigeons. BBH AU 2009 SCHOLAR 10080 came blazing home 4 weeks in a row. She brought back memories of "Miss Magnificent". I aptly named her "Susie Quattro" and began breeding my family around her. I also utilized her sire "Old 35" and her brother "Pistol Pete" as the cornerstones of my loft. Along the way, I managed to breed "A FEW GOOD BIRDS".
Old 35 - Consistently won diplomas flying into headwinds. He placed 3rd in the BBF Futurity flying into 8mph headwinds and five days later placed 8th in the Tri-State Bond race flying into 7mph headwinds.
